During a full Panchakarma detox, the first 2-5 days are all about the preparation to remove toxins from the body. It includes internal and external oleation, steam therapy, and a simple diet. The next detox phase spans for another 5-7 days where various therapies like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Rakta Mokshana are done. After a full Panchakarma detox, you can expect to experience more mental clarity, improved vitality, and energy. It also helps in reducing inflammation and removing toxins, and destressing.
