Complaint
- Anxious to conceive for past 7 years

The patient is an IT professional with a 7-year history of primary infertility (including two prior failed IUIs) and managed hypothyroidism, currently reporting painful, clotted menses and dysuria, with a 38-year-old male partner who has normal seminal parameters.
Integrated Summary
Clinical findings for this patient (BMI 25.6, BP 130/90 mmHg) indicate a post-ovulatory or anovulatory state with no dominant follicle and 9.5mm endometrial thickness, while physical examination reveals a normal-sized anteverted uterus alongside mild cervical hypertrophy, congestion, and white vaginal discharge.

After the completion of next cycle of menstruation,follicular study was done on mid cycle which reveals no presence dominant follicle or signs of ovulation for which following treatment was planned:

Follow up and outcome
After the completion of 8 days sthanika chikistha she had significant relief in vaginal itching, burning sensation and discharge, which was her major concern.
With consent to her Anovultion causing infertility after performing nasyam and yogavasthi along with internal medication.
Her pud came back positive with healthy fetus revealed in the nt scan.


Conclusion
In the present case of infertility due to anvolution ,combined effect of Lashuna Ksheerapaka Nasya and Yogavasthi with Dasamuls-eranda Kashaya and Mahanarayanam Tailam were effective and given desired results. The patient conceived the next cycle and is holding a positive pregnancy.
