Complaint
- Moderate fever
- Severe pain with swelling in the left knee joint and left thumb joint for 5 days.
Integrated Summary
The patient initially had pain in the thumb joint (first metacarpo phalangeal joints) 10 days back, later developed fever and the pain and swelling of the knee joint. He also had generalized body aches and loss of appetite. No past history. Diabetic past 10 years. No family history
On examination, had tenderness of thumb joint and knee joint, warmth.
Treatments given
We gave treatment for 14 days with external procedures, internal procedures and medicines
After 14 days pain swelling was 80% reduced, no fever and appetite also improved. With 60 days medicine he was completely fine.

Conclusion
The patient with fever and acute polyarthritis (specifically in the left thumb and knee) achieved near-complete symptomatic relief within 14 days and full clinical recovery after 60 days of combined internal and external medical treatment.
