Nasya therapy: This involves adding a few drops of Anu Taila or sesame oil in the nostrils. This practice will help in lubricating and clearing the sinuses. It is recommended to do this in the morning.  

Ginger & turmeric paste: This procedure is done to ease sinus pressure on the forehead by applying a warm paste of ginger and turmeric.
